Craftex Builders, a division of Leeville Construction, was established in 1966 in Lloydminster, Alberta, evolving into a major contracting firm in the area. In June of 2004, they became part of Leeville Construction Limited, going on to build and renovate all types of industrial, commercial, and residential buildings such as apartment complexes and condominiums.
Pre-engineered buildings by Steelway Building Systems are also available through Craftex, an authorized dealer of these products. Steelway Building Systems is a Canadian, privately owned company, manufacturing steel buildings, building components, and equipment for handling materials. Their systems can be applied to institutions, along with recreational and agricultural facilities, commercial buildings, and industrial buildings. In addition to areas of Alberta and Saskatchewan, Steelway Building Systems works with clients across North America and all over the world.
Craftex Builders is consistently purchasing, upgrading, and maintaining equipment to provide fast and efficient service for Leeville Construction Limited’s clients. The machines we use are reliable and include tampers, trucks, scaffolds, ladders, trailers, a uniloader, and more. In our offices, we use Microsoft Office for communications and documents, and Quick Books for cost control and accounting. We also have an estimating and design software program created by Steelway Building Systems. All our software is installed on up to date computers and equipment.
Not only does Craftex Builders and all of Leeville Construction work for the community; we also work with the community to offer our support. We’ve sponsored events, clubs, and hockey leagues in Lloydminster and surrounding cities. We work with local suppliers and subcontractors whenever possible. Our association memberships include the Lloydminster Chamber of Commerce, the Lloydminster Construction Association, Alberta Construction Association, Saskatchewan Construction Association, Canadian Construction Association, and the Lakeland Regional Safety Committee.
